In the heart of the historic center, in the famous Via Guglielmo Marconi where The Scientist lived, the Marconi28suites guesthouse was born from an elegant renovation.

The elegant Piazza Maggiore is 250 meters away, the prestigious Due Torri 500 meters and the Station 10 minutes on foot. All the main points of interest in the city are within easy reach, the university area and all the places to experience Bologna’s nights; everything is within walking distance.

The rooms are elegant and well-kept, all with parquet floors, private bathroom, wi-fi, wardrobe, 42-inch smart TV, minibar. The entrance is independent with an easy and safe code system.

For those arriving by car, we are inside the ZTL. To arrive without problems, two solutions:

• You can park in the streets just outside the ZTL, in the municipal blue spaces and then walk 15/20 meters.
• Use one of our affiliated garages that issue the permit to access the center and stay in the center without problems. The garage independently communicates the license plate to the municipality and issues you the permit.
